Our festivities begin on Christmas Eve with a Champagne Reception with Canapés, to give everyone the opportunity to meet their fellow guests over the Christmas break.

During the Reception, Lochaber Children's Choir will come and sing some new and traditional Christmas Carols. The Choir, which is mainly local children, visit the Castle annually and the singing, with the added atmosphere of candlelight, is a delightful way to spend the evening. This is followed by dinner accompanied by Clelland Barrie, our resident pianist, playing in the Great Hall.

Wake up on Christmas Day where a truly festive breakfast awaits you. This morning why not brave the winter weather with a stroll along Inverlochy's grounds, which offers stunning views of the Castle with Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain in the background. For those who wish less energetic pursuits, a log fire burns welcomingly in the Great Hall, ideal for snuggling up to with a good book.

A glass of Champagne is served as Father Christmas promises to put in an appearance, bearing gifts to all our guests.

Traditional Christmas Day Lunch is served from 12.30pm.

Time to relax and recharge the batteries for our Festive Supper, which will be served this evening from 8.00pm until 9.30pm, during which Clelland will entertain us on the piano.

Boxing day, with a chance to sleep in this morning before Brunch served between 8.00 am and 11.00 am. After Brunch get your cameras ready to capture the spectacular Falconry display on the front lawn at 11.00 am, with Hawks, Owls and Falcons. You may even have the opportunity to join in!
At 12.30 pm. Inverlochy will host a Sheep Dog Trail, followed by Clay Pigeon shooting at 1.30 pm., where allocated times will be given.
The rest of the day is yours until dinner in the evening, with some light musical entertainment.

The above rates for Christmas are applicable for a minimum of three nights and are based on two persons sharing a double or twin room. The TOTAL prices are for total cost of a three-night stay for 2 persons, dinner, bed and breakfast.

All Christmas prices include accommodation, breakfast, dinner and government tax (VAT).

There is a minimum three night stay over Christmas based on the nights of 24th, 25th and 26th December.

A 50% deposit will be required to secure a reservation.

Total prices shown above in green are for: total cost of three night stay, for two persons, dinner, bed and breakfast (with the exception of the double as single price which shows the total cost for one person).

* GATE LODGE - The Gate Lodge, which is situated near the road and is an approximate 3-minute walk to the Castle, comprises one double bedroom and one single bedroom, one bathroom and one shower room with toilet, a large living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen area provides fridge, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave. There are no other cooking facilities in the kitchen. Breakfast is served at the Castle. Room service is not available at the Lodge.
